ETL Manager

As an experienced ETL Manager at Pinnacle Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and optimization of ETL processes while leading a team of developers. Your deep expertise in SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, and data modeling will be essential in driving delivery excellence and technical strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ETL developers to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth. - Design, develop, and oversee ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF). - Provide hands-on support in building and optimizing complex SQL queries and data transformations. - Define and enforce best practices for ETL development, data integration, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. - Oversee data modeling and data warehouse design to support enterprise reporting and analytics. - Monitor ETL workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. - Drive performance tuning initiatives across ETL processes, including indexing, partitioning, and query optimization. - Support cloud data strategy and contribute to modernization efforts within Azure environments.
