About the role
M-F, 9am to 5pm Perform SAS programming ; Design and develop SAS macros, standard programs, applications, and other utilities to expedite SAS programming activities; develop SAS coding and table templates for preparing, processing and analyzing clinical data; perform data analysis, statistical analysis using SAS tools such as SAS Graphs, SAS Reporting/ODS; extract Clinical trial data from large databases, including Mainframe and Oracle, through SAS and Proc SQL Pass through Facility and create listings, reports and ad hoc requests for data analysis for oncology clinical trials; write specifications for both SDTM and ADAM datasets; build the system or application using modeling tools and flow chart techniques; add application components and frame communication using SAS Component Language (SCL) programs or using the SAS Component Object Model (SCOM) architecture; create, sort, merge, concatenate datasets using SQL; analyze clinical trial data; generate tables, listings and provide QC check, validation of outputs; create scripts to develop support tools and perform debugging, integrated testing and testing to ensure individual pieces work; administer reporting solutions in a rapid application development environment; accountable for effectiveness, quality and timeliness or project analysis and programming decisions. Skills: SASBASE, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/SQL, SAS/ACCESS, SAS/Macros, SAS/ODS, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio Enterprise Guide, Knowledge Studio, MS SQL Server. Master’s deg. + 1 Yr.
