M-F, 9am to 5pm: Involve in requirement gathering, architecture, design, testing, data migration and preparation of high level and low level design documents; Perform system installation, configuration and implementation including AR server, Mid-tier, ITSM Suite and customizations; Perform Service now CMDB Discovery, Mid Server Setup and Service mapping. Skills: Service Now, BMC Remedy ARS, ITSM, Oracle 11g, Mid-tier 7.1, Sun Solaris 10. Associate’s deg., 3 yrs.
