Senior Manager-Operational Excellence

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager-Operational Excellence at Piramal Pharma Solutions, your primary objective will be to drive the implementation of process improvement initiatives across PPS sites globally to enhance operational efficiency and create a continuous improvement culture. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy practices across the assigned sites/functions as per the corporate OE plan - Ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies - Be an expert in Lean, ToC, and Six Sigma tools & methodology; coach and guide users on utilizing these tools appropriately to implement projects and drive problem-solving - Facilitate Lean Six Sigma training programs across locations to build a culture of continuous improvement - Develop excellence models relevant to the function & align them to the corporate OE Model - Drive and support corporate initiatives like guidelines/policy creation and implementation at Global sites - Conduct data analytics and diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities in processes; drive thematic improvement projects to enhance Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, safety continuously - Support the overall OE framework execution; drive improvements in critical KPIs - Conduct Kaizen and KPI competition; effectively program manage the horizontal deployment of OE best practices across sites/functions - Drive accountability and help sites achieve financial saving targets and other KPI targets - Ensure drafting and sharing of MIS and participate in the OE governance model - Support the organization's digitalization journey; engage in strategic and tactical digital use cases deployment - Provide on-site support to help drive all programs as per the FY plan and the LRP Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills - Ability to build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders - Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability - Ability to organize work, plan well, and prioritize based on impact - Action-oriented and results-driven - Analytical with a strong command over MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Data Analytics, and Minitab - Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
