About the role
As a performance analyst, you will play a meaningful role in supporting business operations by analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to capture insights, develop reports, and present findings to senior leadership. Your goal will be to help optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive better decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collate and analyze data from different sources including operational, financial, people, and third-party supplier-related information. - Support audit trails and metadata tagging to support traceability and compliance. - Support and encourage the use of agreed dashboards and Key Performance Indicator metrics. - Find opportunities for automation and improve data quality. - Standardize processes and provide insights on how to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. - Generate and maintain data points that underpin portfolio health and performance insights across digital entities considering critical initiatives. - Enable data-driven decision-making through robust tracking, analysis, and reporting of delivery, risk, value, and special project metrics. - Build positive relationships with customers, cross-technology teams, and business partners. - Enforce procedures for data security and privacy when handling critical information. - Work closely with teams in London, Budapest, KL, and Houston. Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of data management principles and procedures. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Power BI/Power Apps skills will be an advantage. - University degree or equivalent experience in technology, accounting, finance, or business-related area. - Familiarity with portfolio management and technology business frameworks, databases, and tools like e.g. ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, Information Technology Service Management, and Configuration Management Database. - Superb communication and presentation skills. - Excellent organizational skills required to adapt to a constantly evolving environment. - Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment which exhibits ownership of the outcomes of work. - Ability to build, cultivate, and manage relationships with customers across all levels. - Proven relevant experience with IT finance and IT operational data and insights preferable. - Relevant experience in oil and gas, energy, or technology companies is preferred. - Experience with AI-enhanced reporting tools and automation platforms would be an advantage. - Full command of English language (spoken and written).
