Ui UX Designer

You will be responsible for designing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of both mobile and web applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Visual Design encompassing layout, typography, and color theory - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Prototyping interactive designs and wireframes - Implementing Responsive Design principles In addition to UI design, you will also need to focus on UX design, which involves: - Conducting User Research to understand user behavior and needs - Wireframing and Prototyping using tools like Balsamiq, Axure RP, or Figma - Performing User Testing through A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics - Creating Interaction Designs for smooth and intuitive user experiences Your technical skills should include: - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Understanding of design systems and UI kits - Experience with web and mobile app design Moreover, the ideal candidate should possess soft skills such as: - Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities - Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills - User-Centric Approach in design decisions Please note that the company is based in India and the position requires 1-4 years of experience.
