Manager Design & Development

We are looking for Manager Design & Development. He will responsible to - Develop the operations with responsible project managers leading respective teams in Design & Development. To set processes for project estimation, scoping the project, concept design, Finite Element Analyses (FEA) & Design for Manufacturing (DFM). To develop commodity bought parts in sheet metal, rubber, plastic, raw materials / metal fasteners, springs, foams etc. As per product specific requirements. Pivotal role in deciding Pricing policies and surpassing breakeven on regular basis. Create goodwill of the company by good customer relationship management. Assisting technical team in researching &developing new applications & raw materials and products. To Lead & develop projects for new product line launches including capital equipment identification, define & develop mfg process flow to customer packaging & logistics Maximize customer satisfaction. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Set and assign operational goals for departments. Reward each department as a team after the targets are achieved. Demonstrate competence in handling team building activities and motivating the teams to give quality performance. To represent company in technical forums. To decide make V Buy strategy for new molds development including supplier design review & mold development cycle. To decide mold concept & guide drafting team for mold design detailing & 2D manufacturing drawing release to vendor & Tool room. Oversee company operations to insure quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. Qualification B.Tech/M.Tech/BE/Msc/Bsc Polymer- PLASTICS ; B.Tech/M.Tech/BE/Msc/Bsc Plastic Technology.
