Production Engineer- Injection Molding

Responsible for planning, setting, and reviewing machine parameters at the time of mould changeover or machine startup. Ensure most efficient production levels. Responsible for Quality Inspection of injection moulded plastic components. Review failures or product defects, identify root causes, implement actions for elimination of trouble and recurrence. Responsible for training and guiding operators in the shift. Should ensure timely maintenance of auxiliary equipment Aid in, assist in, and implement production planning strategies Skills: Production Engineer should be able to run an Injection Molding machine with all auxiliaries like robot, conveyor, automatic loader and grinder. Should be able to optimize, troubleshoot, and set machine parameters Materials to be Handled: ABS, PC, PP, PPCP, HIPS, HDPE Required Candidate profile Candidates skilled in operating Plastic Injection Moulding Machines with ABS, PC, PP, PPCP, HIPS, HDPE, Nylon-6,6, materials.
