Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

Role Overview: At Platform Science, you will be a Senior Software Engineer for the Core Product Development team. You will play a key role in Full Stack Development using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular, to create scalable solutions for the global IoT platform. You will work in a team that values innovation and high-quality engineering standards. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the full product development cycle, including analysis, architecture design, coding, unit integration, and system testing. - Provide ongoing support for the product, focusing on feature enhancements and performance optimizations. - Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Architects, and Software Development Managers to track feature requirements from conception to delivery. - Act as a core member of an agile development team, participating in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and executing work items. - Offer mentorship and assistance to teammates as needed. Qualification Required: - 3-5 years of experience in developing robust web applications. - Strong coding skills in Java with knowledge of the Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA). - Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular, and UI technologies like Bootstrap and Sass. - Experience in Microservice development and understanding of Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. - Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and knowledge of MongoDB is a plus. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., BE/MCA). - Passion for learning new technologies and taking ownership of projects. - Dedicated to delivering high-quality, performant, and maintainable solutions.
