What you will do

• Manage and scale databases supporting AI products

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and data integrity

• Optimize database performance and storage efficiency

• Design and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies

• Collaborate with engineering teams on data architecture and infrastructure

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

• 10+ years of experience as a DBA or Data Infrastructure Engineer

• Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of database internals

• Hands-on experience with cloud databases

• Solid experience in backup, recovery, and high availability solutions

• Proficiency in automation and scripting

• Preferred

• Experience supporting AI or analytics workloads

• Familiarity with distributed databases

• Experience managing multi-region database deployments

• Cost optimization experience for database infrastructure

• Awareness of data security and compliance practices
