IT & Digital Marketing Executive

You are looking to join PLMD Group as an IT & Digital Marketing Executive in their Noida office. The role requires you to have good IT knowledge and understanding of digital marketing. You will be responsible for editing videos, creating and posting social media content, supporting website updates, and assisting the team with technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: - IT Support & Technical Assistance: - Provide day-to-day IT support to the India and UK teams. - Set up and manage email accounts, user access, passwords, and basic system requirements. - Assist with laptops, desktops, printers, software tools, and other company systems. - Maintain IT assets records, software subscriptions, and access permissions. - Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary. - Digital Marketing Support: - Manage social media pages of PLMD Group. - Create, edit, and schedule social media posts. - Assist with digital campaigns for various group brands. - Track performance metrics of posts. - Video Editing & Creative Content: - Edit videos for social media, events, and company branding. - Create reels, promotional videos, and educational content. - Maintain a library of edited videos and creative files. - Graphic Design & Content Creation: - Create graphics, banners, and flyers. - Prepare marketing content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator. - Website, Landing Pages & Online Tools: - Update company websites and landing pages. - Assist with SEO basics and campaign tracking. - Coordinate with website developers for technical changes. - CRM, Data & Email Marketing Support: - Support CRM data entry and email campaigns. - Prepare reports on leads generated. - Event & Campaign Support: - Support digital marketing for company events. - Create event posts and email campaigns. Required Skills: - Good IT support and troubleshooting knowledge. - Experience in digital marketing and social media posting. - Video editing skills. - Knowledge of various tools and social media platforms. - Ability to create and schedule posts. - Basic knowledge of website updates and Microsoft Office. - Good written English. - Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Experience Required: - 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support, digital marketing, video editing, or social media management. - Freshers with strong technical and creative skills may also be considered.
