The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work with cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. Details Role - Senior Product Designer Location - Hybrid (Mumbai) Compensation - up to 12LPA (+ESOP) What you'll do Own end-to-end design - from discovery to shipped features Build and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products Drive design decisions through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder input Collaborate with engineering on feasibility, technical constraints, and implementation quality Present and defend design rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership Identify and prioritize product improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals Qualifications Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 6-8 years product design experience across user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual/interaction design, usability testing Proven experience in designing complex systems in Fintech/Banking/Consumer sector Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and business impact, not just visuals Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, with understanding of frontend constraints Experience with design systems at scale, A/B testing, analytics tools Can articulate design decisions using qualitative and quantitative data Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research) Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments Stay current with design tools, trends, and best practices Nice-to-Have: Experience in HR or Ed Tech, Experience in assessment platforms Led design for 01 products Perks High ownership and autonomy Access to all AI tools needed to move fast Impactful work: ship fast, see real users benefit No unnecessary meetings or busywork - just focused execution and meaningful collaboration.
