About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer/ Manager to join our team, with 5-10 years of experience in the field. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
