Associate Technical Leader Process Engineering

As an Associate Technical Leader Process Engineering, you will lead process design and engineering execution for industrial and factory projects. This role is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to provide technical leadership, manage multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure delivery of optimized, compliant, and high-performance process solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead development and review of PFDs, P&IDs, and overall process design packages.Oversee detailed process calculations including mass & energy balance and utility optimization.Approve equipment sizing, technical specifications, and process documentation.Provide technical guidance to Executives and Trainees within the team.Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, and project teams for integrated plant design.Lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, and vendors.Review and approve vendor submissions and technical evaluations. QualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Food, or Process Engineering.5+ years of relevant experience in industrial or plant engineering projects.Strong expertise in process design, plant layout integration, and industrial systems.Proficiency in engineering calculations and documentation systems.Experience in client interaction and technical team leadership.
