Job Description: As a QA Tester Quality Assurance Analyst, your role is crucial in ensuring that the software products uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, and dedicated to delivering software that is free of defects. Key Responsibilities: - Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. - Perform manual exploratory, functional, and regression testing. - Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. - Validate bug fixes and ensure resolution meets requirements. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. - Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and software release cycles. - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release testing activities. Requirements: - Understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and SDLC. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to write clear and structured bug reports and test documentation. - Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus. - Knowledge of Agile development processes is preferred. - Exposure to automated testing frameworks is an advantage but not mandatory.
