As an AI-first company, we're building and deploying proprietary generative AI models that power our entire value chain, spanning content creation, curation, marketing, distribution, and monetization What is the role We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts for content production, management, and marketing automation. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with engineering, AI, data science, growth and operations to ensure the platform meets the needs of both creators and consumers. You'll drive the development of tools and workflows to automate and optimise content distribution, campaign management, and metadata processes. What you'll own Drive the automation of complex business processes in content creation, quality, moderation, management, and delivery Identify and develop comprehensive content platform capabilities that manage and process content and metadata, powering all client-facing products Develop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needs Create tools to automate and streamline promotional and marketing campaigns Effectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross-functional teams Collaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product lines Influence company leadership to explore and adopt bold innovations, including building & integrating generative AI technologies What are we looking for 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in building internal or platform products for delivering operational excellence Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, skilled at converting data insights into practical strategies Passion for designing and delivering innovative and scalable platform solutions. Excellent cross-functional collaboration: Engineering, AI Research, Analytics, Design, and Business teams Preferred experience in product development involving AI/ML technologies.
