About the role
About the job: Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity issues.Set up email accounts, user access, and system permissions.Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory records.Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by provisioning and deactivating IT resources.Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and user requests.Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.Maintain data backups and assist in implementing security measures.Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Support office networking, internet connectivity, and communication systems.Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
