TRAFFIC STUDIES ENGINEER, PE - ROADS AND DRAINAGE DIVISION - SALARY RANGE: PG 25, $3,152.00 - $3,467.20 Biweekly, $81,952.00 - $90,147.20 Annually, Exempt - MAJOR FUNCTION: The purpose of this position is to lead the implementation and refinement of traffic signal timing plans that enhance the performance and safety of signal systems managed by Polk County. This role ensures the efficient operation of traffic systems by addressing public concerns and optimizing traffic flow. In the absence of the Traffic Manager, the position provides leadership within the Traffic Section to maintain continuity of operations.
