(Depending on the value you add to the organisation) About Pooja Enterprises Pooja Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of textile fabric processing machinery with over 35 years of industry experience. We design, manufacture, install, and service advanced textile processing machines for customers across India and overseas. Job Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities. Read and understand mechanical drawings. Perform machine marking accurately from engineering drawings. Coordinate with fabrication, machining, assembly, and quality departments. Monitor production progress and report any issues to senior engineers. Ensure manufacturing follows quality standards and production schedules. Learn and develop practical knowledge of industrial machine manufacturing. Support senior engineers in solving shop-floor production challenges. Eligibility Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in production, fabrication, or machine manufacturing. Fresh candidates with excellent drawing-reading skills may also be considered. Good understanding of engineering drawings. Ability to perform layout and marking from fabrication drawings. Basic knowledge of fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly. Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn.
