As a Mid-level Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Administrator 2, you'll play a vital role at Porch. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of outstanding importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. What You Will Do As A Salesforce Administrator - Manage user and license setup/deactivation, permissions, roles, and sharing rules. - Implement Salesforce configuration changes (e.g., workflows, Process Builder, Flow, fields, reports, etc.). - Manage sandbox environments and perform proactiv .
