About the role
In this role at Poshmark, you will be the Senior Specialist II, HR Technology in the People team. Your responsibilities will include serving as a senior subject matter expert at the intersection of HR systems and people analytics, optimizing the HR technology ecosystem, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to support HR and business decision-making. - Analyze workforce trends across various metrics such as headcount, attrition, diversity, and engagement. - Partner with various stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights. - Build and maintain data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Workday Prism Analytics. - Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives through data analysis. - Contribute to the development of people analytics frameworks and predictive analyses. - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of workforce metrics through established reporting standards and governance practices. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, People Analytics, or related functions within complex organizations. - Hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits. - Proven experience in developing HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics. - Experience in HR system implementations, enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Strong proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools. - Knowledge of SQL, data querying, and system integration concepts. - Understanding of HR data structures, reporting methodologies, and data governance best practices. In your first year, success in this role will involve establishing yourself as a trusted HR technology and people analytics partner, delivering accurate workforce insights, maintaining reliable HR systems, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Your contributions will optimize the HR technology ecosystem, improve reporting capabilities, enhance data quality, and enable informed decision-making across the organization.
