Design Engineer

Develop design concepts, specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Perform stress analysis and understand mechanics of materials under static and dynamic loads Execute mechanical designs using CAD/CAM and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks or equivalent) Conduct simulations and virtual testing to refine designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and product management Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and reports. Research and implement new design methods and technologies Requirements Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution 3-6 Years years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in heavy engineering or material handling equipment Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and simulation tools Strong knowledge of GD&T, welding symbols, sheet metal, and weldment design, Hydraulic Systems Familiarity with manufacturing processes and structural design Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Self-motivated with attention to detail and initiative SAP Knowledge will be added advantage Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
