Junior QA

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA to join our team at POSIMYTH Innovations. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality assurance. Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery. Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues. Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements. Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process enhancements. Contribute to the development of testing strategies and standards. Job Requirements Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders. Experience with defect tracking and management tools is desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems is an asset.
