Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

Ahmedabad based candidates Preferred. Experience: 5 to 7 Years only in IT Infrastructure, including at least 12 years in a team lead or supervisory role Salary Budget: upto 15 LPA Description: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure. Manage server provisioning, configuration, patching, and upgrades to ensure high availability and minimal downtime. Plan and lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and scaling initiatives. Implement and maintain 24/7 monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning for critical systems and services. Ensure all infrastructure activities comply with industry standards, data privacy laws and internal policies. Drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues. Collaborate closely with DevOps, Development, QA, Security and Product teams to align infrastructure roadmap with business needs. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of system administrators, including performance reviews, task delegation, and professional development. Foster a collaborative team culture, conduct regular one-on-ones, and ensure team alignment with company goals. Coordinate workload distribution, resolve conflicts, and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Ensure proper access control, periodic audits, and infrastructure documentation. Skill Requirement: Hands-on experience in the enterprise-level networking with extensive knowledge in routing, switching, TCP/IP protocols & load-balancing. Hands-on Experience in Linux OS environments including configuration and tuning In-depth knowledge of Windows Hands-on experience in server management and virtualization concepts. Solid understanding of networking, switches, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and load balancers. Knowledge of data security and access control. Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage critical incidents calmly.
