Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibility: 1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of equipment and associated other equipment. 2. Responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. 3. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. 4. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. you will be responsible for providing technical support and helping our customers 5. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. 6. Superb work ethic and a growth mindset. Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of fabrication & machine shop Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD, Technical understanding. Proficiency in MS Office. Proven experience in the engineering field. Problem-solving , and critical thinking skills.
