Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV V5 or other versions.Deliver expertise in Business Central modules.Create and maintain technical design documents.Provide consultancy and resolution support on ticket escalations.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and map business processes.Participate in implementation activities and manage RFCs (Request for Changes).Support and advise on finance, manufacturing, and warehousing functionalities.Engage with users on M365, MS Teams, and SharePoint environments. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV V5 or other versions and Business Central modules.Experience in Manufacturing/Warehousing domainsStrong skills in creating Technical Design DocumentsDeep understanding of business processesHands-on with Implementation & RFC handlingPrior experience in consultancy on ticket escalationsFamiliarity with M365, MS Teams, SharePoint Good-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Events and Extensions in DynamicsCertifications or experience with Power PlatformInstallation and configuration experienceExposure to 3rd party products and integrationAdditional experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse operationsRepeated hands-on usage or support of M365, MS Teams, SharePoint Benefits and Perks Health InsuranceReferral BonusPerformance BonusFlexible Working options About Potentiam Potentiam helps SME companies build world-class offshore teams.
