As a UI/UX Design Intern at CashKaro, your role involves translating product ideas and briefs into clean, intuitive, and visually polished UI designs. You will support the product and design team across fast-moving features and iterative cycles. Additionally, you will actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and design critiques. Your responsibilities will include creating high-fidelity mockups, Figma flows, wireframes, and UI assets. You are expected to iterate on designs quickly based on internal feedback, product goals, and user needs. What You'll Be Doing: - Translating product ideas and briefs into clean, intuitive, and visually polished UI designs - Supporting the product and design team across fast-moving features and iterative cycles - Actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and design critiques - Creating high-fidelity mockups, Figma flows, wireframes, and UI assets - Iterating on designs quickly based on internal feedback, product goals, and user needs What Were Looking For: - A strong eye for layout, color, spacing, typography, and user interaction - Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and the ability to work at speed - Curiosity about UX and a desire to solve real user problems - A proactive, self-driven approach with strong communication and collaboration skills - A portfolio showcasing academic or self-initiated projects that reflect clarity, creativity, and thoughtful design thinking Preferred Background: Were especially keen to connect with students or recent graduates from top design institutes such as: - NID, NIFT, IIT (Design Departments), IIIT (Design Programs), MIT Institute of Design, or equivalent institutions with a strong focus on UI/UX.
