Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analog Layout Engineer role based in Bengaluru for professionals with 48 years of experience. The role involves designing and implementing analog and mixed-signal IC layouts, following foundry design rules and project-specific guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include floorplanning, device placement, routing, parasitic extraction coordination, and layout optimization for performance, area, and reliability. The engineer will collaborate closely with circuit designers, verification teams, and physical design engineers to review schematics, resolve layout-related issues, and ensure sign-off quality. The position also includes maintaining documentation, participating in design reviews, and supporting tape-out activities for multiple projects. Qualifications Strong IC layout design skills, including Layout Design and Page Layout for analog and mixed-signal circuits.Ability to work with Graphic Design and Graphics tools relevant to layout visualization and documentation.Awareness of Digital Marketing concepts is a plus for supporting technical content or company branding.48 years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal IC layout in semiconductor or design services organizations.Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for analog layout and verification (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso or equivalent).Solid understanding of foundry design rules, DRC/LVS checks, parasitic effects, and layout optimization techniques.Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional engineering teams on-site in Bengaluru.
