Role: MIS Team Lead Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad Industry: US Healthcare | Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) What Youll Do Lead MIS operations supporting US Healthcare RCM processes Develop and optimize SQL queries for billing, claims & payment analytics Build interactive dashboards using Power BI & Tableau Automate reporting workflows using Python & Excel Macros Monitor key RCM metrics, KPIs, denials, collections & revenue performance Collaborate with Billing, Coding & Finance teams for process improvement Ensure data accuracy, reporting efficiency & operational excellence Mentor MIS team members and drive analytics best practices Required Skills Strong SQL expertise Power BI & Tableau dashboard development Python automation & data analysis Advanced Excel Macros knowledge Healthcare RCM process understanding (Claims, Billing, Denials & Collections) Leadership and team management skills Preferred Experience US Healthcare RCM / Healthcare Analytics experience Knowledge of HIPAA & healthcare data standards Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
