About the role
Bangalore / Coimbatore / Hyderabad Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA Requirements - Primary Skill Set: a. Collaborate with the development team to understand project. requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases. b. Must possess sound knowledge in Testing methodologies and processes. c. Must have hands on experience of Test case design, Test Execution, Defect Logging and Reporting. d. Execute functional tests to ensure that software applications meet. specified requirements. e. Identify and document defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues. f. Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. g. Perform integration testing to verify the interoperability of various components within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). h. Conduct performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness, scalability, and stability. i. Knowledge in SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). - Secondary Skill Set: a. Develop and maintain automated test scripts or other relevant automation frameworks. b. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing. c. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the overall testing process 3Positive To Have a. Relevant certifications in software testing or Microsoft Power Platform. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills. - Proficient working in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies and tools like JIRA. - Experience working across disciplines, groups, and teams .
