About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work across IT services and product environments, translating business needs into clear requirements for Data, Cloud, and AI-driven solutions The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership, along with ownership of documentation, delivery alignment, and commercial coordination (SOW and PO) Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data, cloud, and AI initiatives. Support project planning, scope definition, and change management. Coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) with finance and procurement teams; track commercials, burn, and milestones. Ensure alignment between scope, delivery, and billing to avoid overruns or mismatches. Participate in UAT, validations, and stakeholder sign-offs. 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT services and/or product companies. Strong experience working on data, cloud, and AI-related projects.Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Hands-on experience with SOW creation, scope management, and PO tracking.Ability to work with technical teams and understand APIs, data flows, and system integrations.Strong analytical skills using Excel / Google Sheets.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.SQL skill. .
