As a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead at Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission, you will play a crucial role in driving software projects independently from concept to production. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities, required skills, and essential qualities: Key Responsibilities: - Project Ownership: - Understand business requirements from stakeholders. - Translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans. - Independently drive projects from inception to deployment. - Estimate effort, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery. - Application Development: - Design and develop web and mobile applications. - Build responsive user interfaces. - Develop scalable backend APIs and services. - Design and maintain databases. - Ensure application security, performance, and reliability. - System Integration: - Integrate with external systems and APIs. - Work with ERP platforms such as SAP. - Integrate authentication, notification, payment, and communication services. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges. - Architecture & Technical Leadership: - Design scalable and maintainable application architectures. - Establish coding standards and development best practices. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools. - Deployment & Operations: - Manage application deployments. - Monitor application performance and availability. - Handle production issues and root-cause analysis. - Implement backup, recovery, and security measures. - Documentation: - Prepare technical documentation. - Create API documentation and system architecture diagrams. - Maintain project and deployment documentation.
