Must Have Skills: 3 - 5 years of professional experience in software development. Solid hands-on experience in .NET 6+ with C# for backend development Working experience of minimum one of the up-to-date frontend frameworks: React OR Angular. Good knowledge of MS-SQL or Postgres (Preferable Postgres) Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, authentication/authorization. Experience with Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. Expertise in writing high-quality, secure, and maintainable code using design patterns and best practices. Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving application performance. Understanding of software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit testing using any framework like NUnit/XUnit/Playwright etc. Knowledge of security best practices Must Have Technologies .Net Framework / Core C# MS-SQL Angular / React.js Azure / AWS Security best practices (OWASP Guideline) Good to Have Skills: Prior experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes. Exposure to serverless components (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, App Insights, Grafana, etc.). Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology and JIRA are added advantage Hands on experience leveraging AI tools in design & development AWS / AZURE intermediate or skilled certification Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable code following coding standards. Communicate and actively participate in client calls and requirements gathering and understanding calls Guide and mentor junior engineers by reviewing their code, suggesting improvements, and helping them troubleshoot issues.
