QA/Test Engineer (Integration Testing Specialist) Opportunity with Persistent Systems Location: Bengaluru, Pune and Kochi and willing to WFO for 3 days in a week Shift: General Shift. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/Test Engineer (Integration Testing Specialist) to validate complex enterprise system integrations and ensure high-quality data flow across multiple applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integration testing, API testing, middleware validation, data reconciliation, and test automation. Experience with PeopleSoft testing and enterprise applications is highly desirable. The role involves collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and integration teams to ensure seamless system functionality while maintaining compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute end-to-end integration test scenarios. Perform regression testing to validate application stability after enhancements and releases. Test REST and SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman and SoapUI . Validate data consistency between integrated systems using SQL queries and database validation techniques. Perform data reconciliation to ensure accurate data movement across applications. Execute and maintain PeopleSoft testing, including PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) and batch process validation. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution. Collaborate with development, middleware, and business teams to resolve integration issues. Perform compliance and regulatory testing to ensure enterprise standards are met. Conduct performance, stress, and load testing for integrated applications. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. Participate in release validation and production deployment testing. Nice to Have Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of enterprise ERP systems. Experience with cloud-based applications. Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress. Exposure to Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git.
