Must have Skills : Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools, Network Infrastructures Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : A: Provide Tier 2 Network Operations support during operational incidents B: Maintains current network infrastructure and leverages the manufacturer for advanced support C: Maintains high network availability for redundancy and resilience D: Understands and accounts for peak load; manage peak load events E: Follows Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for operational efficiency F: Optimizes, implements, and monitors network performance G: Maintains and reacts to Enterprise-grade network monitoring Technical Experience : A: Should have 4 to 6 years of experience and/or familiarity configuring and maintaining all components of the monitoring system and handling all end-to-end aspects of monitoring as a service B: Experience with a diverse range of monitoring suites and tools; including but not limited to: C: CA Spectrum Must, Netcool, Netmri, Netbrain, Splunk, HP-NNMi, HP-OMi, HPNA, SNOW D: Identify the monitoring gaps in the Network Tower and mitigate those with help of resolving teams Client / Vendor / Tools Skilled Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Educational Qualification: A: 15 years of full-time education Additional Info : A: Should be open to work in shifts .
