Product Owner Full-time Technology / SaaS Coimbatore About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner to drive the strategy, vision, and execution of our core SaaS product. In this high-impact role, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience leading cross-functional teams to ship products that delight users and accelerate growth. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end and be the voice of the customer across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Roadmap Ownership Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned withbusiness goals. Prioritize features and initiatives using data-driven frameworks (e.g., RICE, KANO,OKRs). Identify market opportunities, gaps, and competitive trends to inform product direction.Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable product requirements.Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of associate and mid-level product managers.Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the product team.Partner with engineering leads to define team structure and delivery processes.Act as a role model for product thinking, customer empathy, and high-quality execution.Technical Skills & Execution Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and precision.Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture decisions and technical trade-offs.Use data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL) to measure product performance.Drive agile ceremonies sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success.Present product updates, roadmaps, and results to C-suite and executive stakeholders.Gather and synthesize inputs from customers, sales feedback, and support data.Align stakeholders around a shared vision and manage competing priorities effectively.Requirements 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise or SMB SaaS products.Strong technical fluency ability to understand APIs, system architecture, and engineering constraints.Experience managing or mentoring junior PMs or cross-functional product teams.Proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 300,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person Product Owner Full-time Technology / SaaS Coimbatore About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner to drive the strategy, vision, and execution of our core SaaS product.
