Qualification Bachelor s Degree in Polymer Science or Plastics Engineering CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering Technology) B.Tech in Polymer Science or an equivalent qualification Experience 1+ years of relevant experience in Research Development within the Polymer or Plastics manufacturing industry. Role and Responsibilities : ; Qualification ;Bachelor s Degree in Polymer Science or Plastics Engineering ;CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering Technology) ;B.Tech in Polymer Science or an equivalent qualification ; Experience ; 1+ years of relevant experience in Research Development within the Polymer or Plastics manufacturing industry. ; Role and Responsibilities : ;Conduct testing of compounding samples and product development using; the Brabender, ;Two Roll Mill, and Compression Molding machines. ;Prepare and maintain RD reports, test reports, and all related documentation. ;Participate in plant trials after finalization of formulations/recipes by the RD team. ;Assist in vendor development activities and maintain all related records and data. ;Ensure implementation of 5S practices and maintain all RD laboratory equipment in good working condition through regular maintenance. ;Maintain proper housekeeping in the RD laboratory and keep systematic records of all market samples, raw materials, and chemicals.
