About the role
The expert must be an experienced civil engineer,preferably with a Master s degree in hydraulic structures and 15 years of experience in Water Resource Sector,in small rural projects Has experience of working as co-team leader or deputy team leader in water sector projects financed preferably by multi-lateral development agencies such as the ADB /World Bank/ or alike.
