About the role
As a Data Scientist-I at Precisely, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying applications in the next-gen Data Integrity Suite platform based on k8's. You will collaborate closely with Software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to create and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value. Your analytical, statistical, and programming skills will be crucial in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges and make informed decisions. Your role will involve leading and delivering multi-project functionality in each product release, ensuring high-quality work and productivity. Initiative and fast learning abilities will be essential in driving problem-solving within a team environment, while being adaptable to work on multiple tasks based on project priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy applications in the next-gen Data Integrity Suite platform based on k8's - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions - Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets - Lead and deliver multi-project functionality in each product release - Ensure high-quality work, results, and productivity in supervised tasks - Drive problem-solving initiatives within a team environment - Adaptability to work on multiple tasks based on project priorities Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models - Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field - Familiarity with open-source Machine learning tools - Proficiency in statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) for data manipulation and insights - Knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their advantages/drawbacks - Understanding of advanced statistical techniques and concepts - Experience with LLM based applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination - Drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques - Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques - Experience in designing machine learning systems and AI software - Proficiency in querying databases and using statistical computer languages - Additional skills in data visualization and cloud-native development are advantageous - Experience in geo-spatial domain such as geocoding and location intelligence is a plus Please note that the personal data provided as a part of the job application will be handled in accordance with relevant laws.
