About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION PRODUCT ENGINEER (QA) : Role : Product Engineer (QA) Experience : 1 to 5 Years Work Mode : WFO / Hybrid / Remote if applicable Immediate Joiners Preferred Required Skills & Qualification : The ideal candidate will have experience ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of AI-enabled, cloud-native products while working across the complete testing lifecycle. - Strong experience in manual testing and automation testing. - Proficiency in Python for test automation. - Experience with automation tools such as PyTest, Cypress, Playwright, Jest. - Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems. - Strong understanding of test case design, defect tracking, regression testing. - Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and automation frameworks. - Experience working in agile / scrum environments. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have Requirements for the Candidate : - Experience with performance, security, or load testing. - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. - Experience testing AI/ML-enabled applications. - Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset. - Ownership, curiosity, and fast learning ability. - Ability to communicate and collaborate with the team at ease. - Drive to get the results and not let anything get in your way. - Critical and analytical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Demonstrate ownership and strive for excellence in everything you do. - Demonstrate a high level of curiosity and keep abreast of the latest technologies & tools - Ability to pick up new software easily and represent yourself peers and co-ordinate during meetings with Customers.
