Job Title: Engineer/Manager EOT Crane Design Industry : Heavy Manufacturing Qualification : B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer/Manager – EOT Cranes with a strong background in heavy-duty crane design, especially Four Girder Cranes used in industrial and mixer applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop heavy-duty EOT Cranes (Four Girder Cranes – 125T capacity) as per project and client requirements. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation. Perform mechanical and structural analysis to ensure strength, reliability, and safety. Evaluate materials for optimal performance, strength, and cost-efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards (IS, FEM, DIN, CMAA) and safety norms. Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams for design feasibility and production support. Customize designs based on client specifications and application needs. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior design engineers. Keep updated with latest advancements in crane design, materials, and automation. Key Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD , SolidWorks , Inventor , or similar design tools. Sound understanding of mechanical design , fabrication , and machinery manufacturing processes . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of EOT cranes , structural steel design, and mechanical assemblies. Familiarity with design codes: IS 3177, IS 807, FEM, or CMAA.
