Industrial Engineer Process Optimization

Job Description You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across PREET EPC's sheet metal operations using your expertise in industrial engineering techniques. Your key technical skills in time motion study, lean tools (VSM, SMED, Kaizen), process mapping, workflow optimization, and productivity improvement in CNC shops will be essential for enhancing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Implement industrial engineering techniques to optimize processes - Conduct time motion studies to identify areas for improvement - Utilize lean tools such as VSM, SMED, and Kaizen for continuous enhancement - Develop process maps and optimize workflows for increased productivity - Focus on improving efficiency in CNC shops for better operational performance Qualifications Required - Proficiency in industrial engineering techniques and methodologies - Experience with time motion studies and process optimization - Familiarity with lean tools including VSM, SMED, and Kaizen - Strong skills in process mapping and workflow optimization - Previous experience in driving productivity improvements in CNC shops Please note that the job type for this position is full-time with a pay scale ranging from 30,000.00 to 60,000.00 per month. The work location is in person at the specified site.
