Cell - Facility - Engineer - Hyderabad(Fabcity)

Experience: Hands-on experience in the solar cell manufacturing industry. 3 years - Engineer Key responsibilities include: In-depth knowledge of field instruments, sensors, control valves, transmitters, meters, and gauges. Experience working with industrial controls, PLCs, motor controls, control valves, electrical distribution systems, and industrial instrumentation for flow, pressure, and temperature. Experience as an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician in an industrial environment. Improving plant reliability by engineering and implementing new technologies. Providing daily management of preventive and corrective maintenance functions at the facility, including mechanical, structural, vehicular, E&I, and regulatory activities. Providing motor terminal connections, conducting trials of newly installed equipment, and performing panel maintenance at regular intervals. Testing the accuracy and detecting abnormal fluctuations in instruments, including transmitters, analyzers, detectors, signal conditioners, controllers, and final control elements used to measure and control variables such as pressure, temperature, level, flow, and chemical composition, using precision reference test instruments. Installing and terminating electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections, and inspecting and testing the operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faults and confirm functionality.
