Process & Servicing Engineer

Role Overview: - Execute increased scope from 360 service portfolio (Proposal, process engineering, client support) at customer sites - Share market intelligence and customer insights - Supervise process-related activities for various water treatment technologies (especially SBR & package treatment plants) at client locations or remotely - Provide technical support to customers - Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems with deep application and product knowledge on-site or remotely - Train customers on product usage and equipment operation - Manage budget, scope, and schedule - Report risks and opportunities to project managers promptly - Coordinate equipment design and manufacturing with 3rd-party suppliers - Lead internal initiatives focused on lessons learned and project closures - Travel globally for extended periods for assignments, field support, and meetings Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College - 5 to 8 years of experience - Two to five years of experience in process engineering and Techno-commercial proposal preparation for various water treatment technologies/projects, especially SBR, MBR, MBBR, and Package treatment plants - Understanding of water treatment processes across various technologies - Vendor coordination for collecting and negotiating techno-commercial quotes - Capabilities and experience in designing the complete cycle of 20MLD or Higher Municipal STPs If you are enthusiastic about process and technology, recognized for your leadership in engineering principles and practices, and ready for this challenge, bring your drive, ambition, and talent to partner with us at Premier Tech Water and Environment.
