Roles and Responsibilities : Manage IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud networks, and firewalls. Provide technical support to end-users through the IT helpdesk. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows Server systems. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies. Job Requirements : 0-0.6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN) and firewall configuration.
