Technical Specialist Data & Governance

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data platforms using Snowflake to support business intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data integration requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. Develop complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets, ensuring high performance and scalability. Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements : 5-10 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Platform Technical Specialist or related field. Experience in Snowflakes (including performance tuning, security, roles & access controls). Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data integration techniques. Experience working with Solidatus or other data lineage/data governance tools. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica). Proficiency in Python programming language for scripting tasks such as data processing pipelines. Experience working with relational databases like Snowflake for querying large datasets.
