Ltd. , we design and manufacture high-pressure plunger pumps and customised pumping systems used across steel plants, oil & gas, shipyards, chemical plants and industrial cleaning applications. We are looking for a System Design Engineer who can convert customer requirements into reliable, practical and cost-effective engineering solutions. This is not only a CAD-design role. It is a complete system-engineering role involving customer requirements, equipment layouts, BOMs, GADs, technical coordination and manufacturing support. What You Will Work On High-pressure pump packages and engineered systems Pump, motor, gearbox and accessory selection Equipment layouts and skid arrangements Piping, valves, instruments and bought-out components General Arrangement Drawings GAD Bill of Materials BOM Customer-specific technical solutions Design improvement and cost-reduction projects Key Responsibilities Understand customer technical requirements and prepare suitable system solutions Prepare BOMs, GADs, equipment layouts and manufacturing drawings Create and modify 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks Ensure timely completion of sales queries and design deliverables Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Service, NPD and Vendors Resolve production queries, design issues and non-conformities Support value engineering, standardisation and cost optimisation Improve existing systems for better quality, performance and reliability Assist in introducing new technologies and product improvements What We Are Looking For B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering 38 years of experience in Mechanical or System Design Experience in industrial machinery, rotating equipment, pumps or capital equipment Hands-on experience in SolidWorks, BOM and GAD preparation Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings and material selection Understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, machining and assembly processes Good coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills ERP knowledge such as Oracle, SAP or similar is preferred Key Skills System Design | Mechanical Design | SolidWorks | BOM Preparation | GAD | Equipment Layout | GD&T | Engineering Drawing | Rotating Equipment | Pump Systems | Value Engineering | Cost Optimisation | ERP | Manufacturing Coordination Why Join PressureJet?
