About the role
A trainee technician in construction structural works is an entry-level role assisting engineers by learning to create and modify technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables. Responsibilities include supporting design and calculations, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, often with the goal of pursuing a relevant qualification Formwork is expected to make, assemble, erect and dismantle convention / system for all type of cast in-situ and pre-cast RCC work, erect and dismantle all types of scaffolding, reading drawings, setting and layout. Bar-bender should be able to identify types of bars, read drawings and prepare schedules, fabricate using hand and power tools, store transport and fix reinforcement in position in formwork in readiness for concrete pours, Scaffolder - System is responsible for providing assistance in erection, dismantling and maintenance of various types of customized system scaffold He should ensure trade specific compliance of environment, health, safety aspects and should engage and supervise the Helper Shuttering Carpenter under him for all relevant tasks. Concrete - Mason responsible for placing, levelling and finishing both RCC and PCC in various structural elements, in situ and in precast units.
