Sr. Manager/AGM - Structural Engineer

M. Tech- Structural Engineering. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects. Experience in high-rise building construction will be preferred Key Responsibilities Review and monitor structural drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and specifications. Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, contractors, and site execution teams. Supervise and inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and structural activities at site. Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), structural quantities, and reinforcement details. Ensure structural works comply with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. Resolve technical and structural issues arising during execution. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to execution teams. Review contractor method statements and technical submittals related to structural activities. Monitor progress of structural works and prepare technical/site reports. Ensure proper implementation of approved construction methodologies and engineering practices. Coordinate with QA/QC and planning teams for smooth project execution. Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives wherever applicable.
