Description Senior Full Stack Technical Lead Client-Facing Product Engagement Location : Remote Experience : 8-12+ Years Role Overview Prevaj Consultants is looking for a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead to work closely with a long-term enterprise clients technical leadership team. This role will operate at a peer level with the client-side technical lead, drive delivery excellence, lead a small engineering team, and gradually take ownership of product delivery and expansion initiatives. This is a high-trust, client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical depth and delivery ownership. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture : i. Collaborate directly with client-side technical leadership (Symfony + React stack). ii. Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term product roadmap discussions. iii. Design scalable backend systems using Symfony (PHP). iv. Ensure high standards of performance, security, and maintainability. Full Stack Development Oversight : i. Lead development across ReactJS frontend PHP (Symfony) backend Oversee API design, integrations, and data layer architecture. Work with SQL databases. Guide Docker-based development and deployment environments. Ensure clean CI/CD and cloud best practices (AWS exposure preferred). Delivery Ownership : Lead a small engineering team ii. Own sprint planning, estimation, and technical task allocation. iii. Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards. iv. Act as an escalation point for technical challenges. Client Trust & Expansion : Build strong working credibility with the clients technical leadership. ii. Participate actively in architectural and delivery discussions. iii. Identify opportunities for technical improvements and expansion initiatives. iv. Support account growth through strong delivery execution. Required Technical Expertise Backend : 7+ years in PHP development ii. Strong hands-on experience in Symfony framework iii. Experience designing scalable RESTful APIs iv. Deep understanding of SQL databases Frontend : Strong experience in ReactJS ii. Advanced JavaScript knowledge (ES6+) iii. Experience building data-heavy UI applications Infrastructure & DevOps : Strong working knowledge of Docker ii. Familiarity with AWS (S3, basic cloud architecture) iii. Experience working in containerized environments Data & Analytics (Preferred) : Exposure to CubeJS or analytics/data-layer tools ii. Experience working with data-driven products Leadership & Soft Skills Ability to operate as a peer to client-side technical leadership Strong architectural thinking Experience leading small engineering teams High ownership and accountability mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in long-term product builds (ref:hirist.tech)
